Terms of service

These terms are between you and Tylar Edwards trading as laikodev, individual / sole trader, ABN 82 424 842 493, of NSW, Australia.

The assessment produces an indicative view of where AI might reduce manual work in your business. It is based on public information from your website and on the answers you give. It is an estimate, not a promise, and it is not professional, financial or legal advice.

The savings ranges shown use a standard capacity rate rather than your actual costs. We confirm real numbers with you before any work is agreed.

Each package describes an indicative amount of work. The exact scope is agreed in writing before the build begins. Anything outside that agreed scope is a new piece of work and is quoted separately.

Delivery windows shown alongside packages are estimates based on typical engagements. They depend on your availability, access to the systems involved, and the third parties those systems rely on.

Work is scheduled once the kickoff deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable; see the refund policy for what that does and does not cover.

To deliver a workflow we need timely access to the relevant systems, a point of contact who can make decisions, and the people who actually do the work being available to describe it. Where those are not available, delivery windows move.

Once the engagement is complete and paid for, the workflow logic, configuration and operating documentation we build for you are yours. Any ongoing third-party costs, such as hosting or AI model usage, remain your responsibility and are kept visible and separable.

We keep the right to reuse our own general knowledge, methods and tooling. We will not reuse your confidential business information.

Workflows we build keep a human approval point wherever an action affects a customer, a payment or a legal commitment. You remain responsible for the decisions your team approves.

We treat what we learn about your operations as confidential and use it only to deliver your engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where liability can lawfully be limited, our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
